- In all other circumstances, please contact us via email for assistance.

- If you have purchased an upgrade, use the download link for the upgrade product.
- When downloading is complete, you should see a compressed file (.zip) or disk image file (.dmg) in your Downloads folder. Double-click on this file.
- In a few moments, a Finder window should open, showing you the application. Drag the application into your Applications folder.
- If you also need to re-license the application, please continue from step 2 of the License Installation instructions.
License Installation
- If you don’t have your license email, visit our license retrieval page and request a copy of your licensing information to be emailed to you.
- If the license retrieval page does not accept your email address, but you still have the license file that was originally sent to you, please follow the License File Installation instructions.
- In all other circumstances, please contact us via email for assistance.
- Select the license key from the email. This will consist of the product name and a series of letters and digits:

- If you have purchased an upgrade, first select the license for the original product and follow the rest of this procedure to install it. When you are done, return to the email, and select and install the upgrade license as well. Your software requires both licenses to run.
- Start the application you want to license.
- Locate the application menu on the menu bar at the top of your display. This is the menu that has the same name as the application itself, immediately to the left of the File menu.
- Locate the Register... item in this menu.
- If there is no Register... item, but a License... item instead, your software is already licensed.

- In the Finder, drag the license file onto the application icon in the dock. The application icon should highlight to indicate that the dragged is a valid license file type.
- The application should now be licensed.
- If you have also purchased an upgrade for this application, you must also install the upgrade license.
- If the license file isn’t recognized by the application, please contact us via email for assistance.
